***Update – this issue may occur at some point and if it does, I have found this single step to be the QUICKEST way to resolve this issue. Simply run the command on your bot(s) that show the $0.00 balance: stop
, wait 15 minutes before issuing start
command to reset your bots.
EMERGENCY – MY REWARDS ARN’T SHOWING, ARE MY BOTS OFFLINE??!
There could be a number of reasons for this, I recommend submitting a support ticket in addition to the following:
Are your Bot online? And are orders currently being tracked? #
You can check this in a few ways;
First, make sure your Order Tracking Tab shows open orders currently in the latest timeframe:
This is the easiest way to check.
Alternatively, it’s recommend you login to your crypto bot and confirm orders are present and active by running this command:
status
or
status
--live
As you can see active current active orders are present, and you can observe how long they have been active.
If you alternatively see any API warnings after logging into your bot it is recommended to reconfigure the your bots parameters so that you are using less API request. You can do so by changing these many parameters:
Refer to the Premium Strategy articles and Getting Started Guide for details on configurations, and too start/stop bot.
After confirming, return to your dashboard and see if rewards now begin to propagate after 30 mins.

For the API refresh, I have detailed the steps below to avoid confusion:
– disconnect your inactive exchange API on Miner
– wait at least 30 minutes without any API connected to it
– after waiting 30 minutes, connect your new read-only API key
Observer you dashboard and see if rewards now begin to propagate after 30 mins.
