How to Login to Your Crypto Trading Bot? – Add New Exchange API keys, Strategies, and More

*** Commands you will enter inside terminal will appear in Red, for a guide on entering terminal commands see video below:

To login to bot I have created these instructions. If you have any troubles please let me know and I’ll help walk you through.

We first will have you connect to the EC2 Instance I have setup:

Step 1

Download the “hbot-1.pem key I have sent on Fiverr, (make sure it downloads in the “.pem” file format), otherwise I can email it too you.

Then login to your AWS account: https://aws.amazon.com/

From your login Home page type and click “EC2” in the search

Step 2

Using your Window, Mac or Linux computer, follow Step 8 – 13

After completing Step 13 come back to this guide: AWS – EC2 Instance Crypto Bot Guide

Step 3

After entering the last code you should now be in the EC2 instance terminal.

The last thing I will have you enter to now go inside bot is this command:

docker attach hbot-1

Default password is hbot-1

Step 4

When you create your API keys make sure, “Trading permissions” and “No IP restrictions” are both enabled.

To connect any API keys  simply type the command from inside bot, (replace “your-exchange” with your compatible exchange):

connect your-exchange

Paste your API keys using (Ctrl + Right Click)

Step 5

If your using our premium strategy package, make sure your signed up here: https://miner.hummingbot.io/dashboard

Make sure you also add your compatible exchanges API (read-only) here: https://miner.hummingbot.io/settings/exchanges

If you choose to use another strategy beside premium simply import it, (replace “your-strategy.yml” with your compatible strategy):

import your-strategy.yml

*** Pro tip: You can auto fill commands inside Crypto bot, including imports by adding a “space” key after command statements. Example: “import “

*** If you have purchased a premium strategy your import name will begin with “lm” which stands for Liquidity Mining. For example “lm-one-usdt.yml“

You can then check ALL your strategy configurations by running this command:

config

And start your bot running

start
